We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Director of Quality, Safety & Risk to join our dynamic Quality Team, where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role:
As Director of Quality, Safety & Risk, you will ensure that every aspect of ABI Ireland's work reflects the Organisation's commitment to high-quality, person-centred services. By leading the quality, safety and risk agenda, you will champion a culture where the needs, rights and experiences of each person served guide decision-making and continuous improvement. You will oversee compliance across governance, fundraising, Health & Safety, GDPR and regulatory standards, while also driving the development of a best-in-class quality and safety programme. Through close collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams, you will provide strong operational leadership to enhance service quality, strengthen risk management, and improve safety outcomes, ensuring that organisational systems consistently support people to live with dignity, autonomy and confidence.
The contract available is Permanent, Full-Time, 35 hours.
The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of traveling to National Office in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and across our services nationwide.
The salary scale is €77823 - €93863 - DOE.
