Hours: Full-time (35 hours p/w) 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri
Location: The Society operates a hybrid working model with a combination of remote and in-person (Dublin 4 office) working
Office Days: Office attendance days are Wednesday & Thursday
Salary: €35,000 per annum

What you'll do:
As the Legal and Compliance Team Administrator you will play a key role in helping the Irish Cancer Society Legal and Compliance Team with a range of administrative and legal tasks. These tasks will include supporting the Data Protection and Legal Manager with the contract review process, an initial review of standard contracts, maintaining team logs and registers, and supporting in general administrative tasks in the area of legal, governance, compliance and data protection.

Qualifications and Experience
· Demonstrable experience in an administrative support role, in a legal or professional services environment.
· You will have relevant experience working with a legal team (in house law, legal practice, a legal team), or another relevant legal area.
· You are experienced in managing a wide variety of administrative tasks.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Some data protection knowledge desirable.
