CONTRACT: This is a full-time, permanent role. However, basis.point will consider a shorter working week based on the experience and personal circumstances of the preferred candidate.
SALARY: €65,000
LOCATION: This role is largely remote, however, the bulk of basis.point's stakeholders are Dublin based so you should expect to be in and out of the city with some additional regional work required.
Background
basis.point is the charity of the Irish funds industry and its wider ecosystem. Founded in 2014, its mission is to give children in Ireland equal access to a brighter future through education by funding evidence-based programmes that tackle educational disadvantage at every stage of a child's journey.
As basis.point continues to grow, the organisation is investing in its capacity to build deeper, longer-term relationships with corporate donors, foundations and major supporters. With an ambition to raise an additional €5 million over the next five years, this newly created role reflects both the scale of opportunity ahead and the importance of dedicated leadership in fundraising and partnerships.
This is an exciting time to join basis.point — a small, ambitious organisation with strong momentum, a clear mission, and a collaborative, values-led culture.
About the Role
The Corporate Fundraising and Partnership Manager is a new, senior role reporting directly to the CEO. It will play a central part in shaping and delivering basis.point's growth over the coming years, with responsibility for developing, managing and growing corporate and philanthropic partnerships.
This is a relationship-led role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of the partnership pipeline, deepen relationships with existing donors and partners, and develop compelling partnership propositions that clearly communicate impact and value. They will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure partnerships are well supported, clearly communicated and aligned with programme delivery.
Day to day, the role will involve building and stewarding relationships, meeting donors and partners, developing proposals and impact updates, and managing opportunities through Salesforce. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and engaging with senior stakeholders, and who wants to play a visible role in growing an organisation with a clear social purpose.
If you're a purpose-driven, relationship-led professional with strong partnership or business development experience, and you're motivated by the opportunity to help grow long-term impact through education, we'd love to hear from you.
