Job Purpose
The Director of People and Organisational Development is responsible for all people related matters across GOAL, focused on managing change across the organisation through designing and implementing various people initiatives in line with our Change Programme. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will provide strategic vision, oversight, and guidance to GOAL's global people function, you'll work closely with a team of HR professionals in Ireland and a global network of people professionals in 14 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. You will also be responsible for a diverse range of projects including working at board level and working closely with the CEO to drive the people agenda.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong HR background and a member of CIPD. Proven track record operating at a senior level and managing a function is essential, together with familiarity in working in a fast paced, dynamic and people centred environment is beneficial.
