The Role:
This role is central to the delivery of Pieta's fundraising, communications, and brand strategy. It is focused on deepening donor understanding of Pieta's impact, increasing lifetime value, and strengthening donor relationships through meaningful, consistent, and motivating communications.
The Individual Giving Lead is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual income targets, delivering effective donor journeys, and coordinating cross-functional efforts that contribute to exceptional supporter experiences.
This role suits a proactive, donor-focused professional with experience managing large donor files, leading direct marketing campaigns, overseeing financial processes, and developing long-term supporter journeys. Strong knowledge of GDPR and a commitment to ethical fundraising are essential.
