This is a fantastic opportunity to develop, implement and progress Samaritans digital fundraising strategy to grow the organisation's supporter base. Using our digital channels, you'll achieve income and expenditure targets that will secure long term resources for Samaritans.

Contract

€48,000 to €51,000 per annum plus benefits

Full time (35hrs per week)

Hybrid working with link to our Dublin office

What you'll do 

  • Lead and develop Samaritans' digital fundraising strategies
  • Craft online campaigns to drive sustainable income growth
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to grow reach and donor participation
  • Analyse and evaluate digital fundraising performance
  • Use insights to optimise and improve fundraising campaigns
  • Build strong partnerships with influencers and sponsors

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience of digital fundraising or marketing in the non-profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of social media and online advertising
  • Experience in CMS and peer-to-peer fundraising platforms
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and basic web languages
  • Data analysis skills and ability to use insights to drive improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience with 'Fundraisin' and 'Wagtail' (desirable)
  • Knowledge of digital paid sponsorship and partnerships (desirable)
