Early Childhood Ireland — the leading children's advocacy and membership organisation — is seeking a strategic, values-driven operations and finance leader to join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape financial sustainability, operational excellence, and good governance across a national organisation that champions quality early years and school-age care for every child.

 What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic finance, budgeting, and risk management to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and company secretarial functions.
• Drive operational effectiveness across systems, ICT, procurement, and facilities.
• Champion digital transformation and innovation in support of Early Childhood Ireland's 2021–2026 Strategic Plan.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, and deputise for the CEO as required

What You Bring:

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 10+ years' PQE.
• Proven leadership at senior level in finance and operations.
• Strong governance, compliance, and risk management expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Alignment with ECI's mission and values: integrity, inclusion, collaboration, and respect.
