Learning Campaign Manager

Team: Training & Engagement | Location: Dublin/Hybrid | Full-time - Permanent

Do you love combining creativity, learning, and impact to inspire meaningful change?

At Dogs Trust Ireland, we're looking for a dynamic and strategic Learning Campaign Manager to bring our educational mission to life. If you're passionate about using storytelling, marketing, and learning design to make a difference for dogs and their people across Ireland, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Everything we do is driven by our vision of helping all dogs live life to the full. As our Learning Campaign Manager, you'll lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of engaging learning campaigns that reach dog owners, professionals, and communities nationwide. You'll blend marketing insight, adult learning principles, and data-driven decision-making to ensure our educational interventions have maximum reach, engagement, and impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of learning campaign strategies aligned with departmental and organisational goals.
  • Develop annual and quarterly campaign plans, identifying audience needs, content gaps, and opportunities for future growth.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery – from audience research and messaging to launch, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and designers to produce engaging, accessible learning materials across multiple channels.
  • Tailor campaigns for diverse audiences across digital, print, and community-based platforms, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
  • Analyse engagement data, trends, and user feedback to measure impact and inform future campaigns.
  • Work closely with Communications, Fundraising, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise visibility.
  • Manage budgets, external vendors, and production schedules to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.
  • Support cross-sector partnerships within the animal welfare community to deliver joint campaigns and shared initiatives.
  • Ensure all activity complies with data protection, brand, health & safety, and learning technology policies.
  • Represent the organisation externally, including as a media spokesperson where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience leading multi-channel learning or marketing campaigns from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and results.

✅ Strong content creation and marketing skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and visuals for diverse audiences.

✅ Skilled in data analysis and evaluation, using insights to measure success and drive improvement.

✅ Excellent project and stakeholder management, with experience coordinating multiple teams and external partners.

✅ Understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in campaign design and delivery.

✅ Confident using digital and social media platforms, scheduling tools, and emerging marketing technologies.

Full Irish driving licence and own transport (essential).

✅ A genuine commitment to Dogs Trust's mission and passion for education and canine welfare.

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the charity or animal welfare sector
  • Knowledge of Irish communities and cultural context
  • Confidence in media and public relations
  • Familiarity with learning technologies (e.g. LMS or digital platforms)
  • Basic creative design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
  • Understanding of behaviour change communications
  • Experience building partnerships and collaborations

Why Join Us?

  • A unique opportunity to shape learning campaigns that make a real difference for dogs and their communities
  • The chance to combine strategic thinking and creativity in a purpose-led organisation
  • Work alongside a passionate, collaborative team committed to improving canine welfare across Ireland
  • A hybrid role with scope to travel and engage directly with the communities we serve
