Job Purpose
GOAL is seeking a motivated fundraising professional to lead our Individual Giving (IG) strategy. This pivotal role within GOAL's fundraising department will drive the development, implementation, and growth of our individual and recurring giving programmes.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, the Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive donor acquisition and retention strategy that underpins GOAL's fundraising growth over the next five years.
* This role will be based in our HQ office in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, we operate a hybrid working model and ask employees to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week*
