Established in 2004, RADE is an arts-based addiction service in Dublin 8.  At RADE, creativity is open to all and this ethos is the foundation of our day programme.  People at all stages of drug recovery attend Monday to Friday, participating in a wide range of arts activities, benefiting also from therapeutic supports and education.  RADE is funded by the Department of Social Protection and the HSE (Health Service Executive). RADE has produced numerous films, theatre productions, art exhibitions and events for participants on the RADE programme.

Project Director

RADE is currently seeking a Project Director who will work with the Board of Management to drive forward the organisation's services and who will provide strong management, direction and leadership to RADE.

The Project Director will be responsible for the strategic development and overall management and performance of RADE, managing the RADE team and overseeing and developing quality and effective service delivery in all aspects of the RADE Programme.

This role will report to the RADE Board of Directors.

Applications are welcomed from candidates holding a relevant third level qualification; with 3yrs+ management experience in a relevant sector, including 3yrs+ experience managing a team in a human service delivery context and experience/demonstrated interest in the creative arts.

Salary circa 55k commensurate with experience.

The job is subject to garda vetting.
