iDonate.ie is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to lead our business development and client engagement efforts. This is a senior management role, responsible for driving iDonate’s mission of being the leading fundraising platform for charities across Ireland.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to ensure iDonate is the go-to platform for charities planning fundraisers, while also nurturing existing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Establish iDonate as the primary fundraising platform in the charity sector. Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence and grow our client base.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with our current charity partners, ensuring they fully understand the benefits of the iDonate platform and how to use it effectively. Maintain regular communication to provide clarity on our offerings and support.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new markets and opportunities to drive growth. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to target these areas, including hiring and managing additional team members as needed. You will report directly to the CEO monthly on progress and activities.
  • Client Success: Engage with our broad base of charities, helping them utilize the platform more effectively. Develop targeted strategies to maximize their fundraising potential.
  • Leadership: Represent iDonate in 1:1 meetings, lead webinars, and present confidently at in-person events. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring strong ongoing partnerships.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in business development, client management, or a similar senior role, ideally within the nonprofit or technology sector.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse reports, identify key trends and opportunities and create actionable plans.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to hire, develop, and manage a team.
  • Strong IT skills, the ability to understand the technologies used on the platform and in the day to day business operations. An understanding of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

  • €70,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
  • Additional pay: Bonus pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Fundraising / Charity Sector: 5 years (required)
  • Management: 5 years (required)
