Joe Coleman
Joe is a highly experienced, dispute resolution, mediation practitioner, workplace investigator & appeals officer with extensive commercial experience & professional credentials.
He is also a Senior Consultant with the Ibec Academy working with members on employment matters. His mediation specialism of choice is organisation & employment disputes. He has assisted employers, HR professionals & employees across many sectors, to resolve a wide range of workplace disputes. Joe also mediates commercial disputes, conducts workplace investigations, (Ibec Academy Certified) and handles appeal hearings in circumstances where appointing an external Appeals Officer is deemed preferable.
