After nearly 25 years of Human Resource Management experience across a variety of Industries, such as Aviation, Property, Manufacturing, Services, Pharmacy and Retail, I established Ryan HRS; People Solutions in 2023. My aim is to support my clients in navigating the world of people management and enhancing employee capability and effectiveness, thus driving organisation performance. I provide HR Leadership and Support to a wide variety of businesses in industries such as Manufacturing, Government, Charities, Retail, Healthcare and Ecommerce.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Employment Law. I am also a trained Mediator and my individual efforts were recognised by The MII where I was awarded the Excellence in Mediation Award for organisational dispute resolution. I have taught on the CIPD Programme for HR Management and regularly contribute as a thought leader in the area of people management. My style is results focused, innovative, pragmatic and my core values are honesty and hard work, always.
My experience includes a 10-year role with Aramark as their HR Business Partner, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Specialist for the Island of Ireland. My role involved managing many complex organisational design projects and managing change within their lines of business. I further gained experience in this area as a Change Manager for the DAA with responsibility for supporting the design and implementation of a very high-profile transformation project across its business.
I have also led the People Strategy for other successfully diverse organisations such as Derrycourt, a rapidly growing services organisation with over 1,400 employees over 400 sites. More recently I was the Human Resources Manager for Meaghers Pharmacy Group who were recognised as a Deloitte Best Managed Company, a Great Place to Work© and Retail Excellences’; Best Retail Workplace in Ireland in 2022.
