At the Compliance Specialist, we support organisations at the different stages of their GDPR compliance journey. We do this through consultation and training, ensuring our exceptional service adds value to your work. Our Mission is to support our clients in achieving compliance so they have peace of mind they are protecting their clients, their resources and their reputation.

The Compliance Specialist provides external Data Protection Officer services to clients across various sectors. We offer tailor made services which suits your resources and budgets whilst ensuring we are adhering to Article 39 of the GDPR on tasks such as;

• Informing and advising you and your staff of your obligations under GDPR
• Monitoring compliance with the regulation
• Providing awareness-raising training of staff involved in processing operations
• Providing advice where requested and guidance around Data Protection Impact Assessments
• To act as a contact point for the supervisory authority and to consult where appropriate, with regard to other matters.

The Compliance Specialist also offers a comprehensive GDPR Compliance Assessment that audits and evaluates any compliance efforts undertaken within your organisation to date.

We collaborate closely with you and your staff to conduct a thorough review of all processes which allows us to determine whether the appropriate controls are in place and ensure your organisation meets GDPR requirements.
