Job Purpose

To deliver significant income growth and increased funds from corporate partnerships, improving our sustainability through a focus on strategic, targeted and engaging partnerships and corporate collaboration opportunities. 

They will take ownership and work with the National Fundraising Manager to drive fundraising, awareness and engagement across the current corporate pipeline and help create and build a new pipeline of support.

Core Job Requirements

·         As the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you are responsible for attracting and securing new corporate partners and sponsors - new business and developing an active and engaged pipeline for support is a key element of this role.

·         Driving the donor acquisition strategy alongside the two Corporate Executives to achieve annual income and ensure a healthy pipeline development for partnership growth.

·         Actively pitching, securing and managing a selection of partnerships as well as working with some key existing partners to support delivery of their commitments and targets across the year, in line with the Corporate Executives

·         Meeting overall annual income targets within budget, and delivering on all KPI's for your area to ensure the long-term growth of the area.

·         Lead the Corporate Fundraising Team to ensure quality relationship management and stewardship of partners in a professional and appropriate manner, in line with the overall corporate fundraising and organisational strategies).

·         Develop and cultivate positive working relationships across departments within the organisation, with particular focus on possible partnership opportunities in the future and cross selling.

·         Line manage the two Corporate Fundraising Executives to ensure their targets and objectives are set and met appropriately. This includes annual appraisals and any other HR responsibilities.

·         Work closely with the Corporate Fundraising Executives to maintain, drive   and maintain a programme of communications for existing and new corporate donors (e.g. regular communication via e-newsletters, use of social media, blog and website etc.

Ensure accurate record keeping and updating of the corporate database via in house systems.

·         Support the organisation in securing corporate sponsorship  and support for key national events and campaigns.

·         Work closely with the National Fundraising Manager in achieving overall targets and goals.

·         Attend networking events with a view to building key contact relationships.

·         Support for media activities and partners as part of the scope of corporate and sponsorship partnerships.
