Arthritis Ireland has a vacancy for a Fundraising Manager.
Arthritis Ireland is a health research charity and national patient organisation representing one million people living with arthritis in this country. Our vision is of a better life for people living with arthritis today; a world without arthritis tomorrow. The organisation is now seeking a dynamic, innovative, experienced Fundraising Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE:
The Fundraising Manager's key responsibilities will be to increase income year on year, continue to identify new growth areas in light of the changing fundraising landscape, particularly post Covid and create a sustainable income stream for the organisation from a variety of sources including corporate partnerships, community events, direct marketing, individual giving and legacies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with a proven track record in fundraising, or business development/ sales to join a high-profile health charity and lead on its fundraising strategy and growth. It is the perfect role for a candidate who possesses excellent relationship building skills, is capable of influencing and partnering with corporate and individual donors and who is able to identify sustainable funding programmes which will contribute to a dynamic and supportive Senior Management team.
If you have senior fundraising experience or similar transferable skills and are an exceptional communicator with great relationship building skills and have a proven track record of meeting targets and you are excited by the challenge of building fundraising channels, we'd love to hear from you!
