Trinity Development & Alumni (TDA) leads on fundraising and alumni engagement for Trinity College Dublin. We are recruiting an Administrative Executive to provide a comprehensive range of supports to the fundraising operations of TDA. You will be offered an attractive benefits package which includes 28 days annual leave, annual salary increments, hybrid working, and a generous contribution to TDA's pension scheme (providing for pension, life assurance and prolonged disability pension), in a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

Contract:      Permanent, full-time contract
Salary:         €30,000 to €38,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
As Administrative Assistant you will:

  1. Provide a comprehensive range of supports for the fundraising team including formatting documents and presentations, photocopying & scanning, printing & binding papers, and preparing mail merges.
  2. Assist with scheduling meetings and meeting prep.
  3. Enter data to the customer database, RaisersEdge, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Provide administrative support to other fundraising activities including travel, events, research briefs, and funding proposals.
  5. Reconcile and submit expense reports and raise purchase order requests.
  6. Support gift form and gift agreement administration.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues across TDA to deliver respective TDA goals.
  8. Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time by line

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Third-level degree or professionally trained with comparable qualifications.
  • Minimum of one-years' experience providing administrative support to internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience booking travel and managing complex itineraries.
  • Experience of calendar management, meeting prep and minute taking.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Experience of working with CRM systems would be advantageous.
