This key role will focus on building and growing SVP's individual giving programs, ensuring the effective management of donor communications, and exploring new fundraising channels to maximise income. You will play a pivotal role in increasing SVP's donor base and ensuring long-term engagement with individual supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Donor Strategy: Manage and enhance SVP's Individual Giving Strategy, focusing on donor retention and acquisition across various channels (Direct Mail, Digital Fundraising, etc.).
• Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of direct mail and digital campaigns, ensuring creative development, implementation, and impact evaluation.
• Donor Communication: Develop engaging donor communications and support the management of donor days, invitations, and other engagement activities.
• Data Management: Utilise SVP's database to analyse donor trends, segment communications, and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional fundraising teams to tailor campaigns and share best practices.
