CONTRACT:  Fixed-term role, to cover the period of funding to 2028. The contract may be extended, subject to continuing funding.

SALARY: €60,000 - €65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

THE ROLE

The Social Inclusion Manager will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the delivery of SICAP (Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme) and any associated social inclusion initiatives managed by County Kildare LEADER Partnership (CKLP). This is a senior management position and the successful candidate will be expected to play a key role in supporting the overall management of the company.

Despite economic advances, there remain significant disadvantage and inclusion challenges facing county Kildare, including cohesion in local communities, citizenship, lack of transport infrastructure, and people in danger of falling behind due to personal or structural issues. CKLP are looking for someone to creatively respond to the county's challenges through their existing programmes and by developing innovative new ideas.
