Executive Assistant to CEO

Permanent, Full-time (39hr)

Head Office, Park West, Co. Dublin  

 

Job Purpose

Rehab Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO in the day-to-day running of this large organisation. The Executive Assistant will provide support at an executive senior level to the CEO and indirectly to the wider Senior Leadership Team and assist them to deliver on aspects of the Group strategy; providing support in the day-to-day running of this large organisation, including the provision of full secretarial, administration, project coordination and support services.

The Executive Assistant will also communicate both internally and externally with a range of stakeholders and lead and be supported by the wider PA team who work closely as a team on key Group projects and initiatives.

 

Minimum Education & Skills required

§ 3-5 years' experience in a Senior PA or Executive Assistant role.

§ Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Suite with experience using Excel as a reporting tool.

§ Educated to Diploma/Certificate level in a relevant discipline.

§ Experience in making informed independent decisions and an intuitive understanding of when to seek insight.

§ Experience in providing support in a busy environment with many different internal and external customers and contacts.

§ Experience in preparing and writing documents, presentations, reports to Board level.

 

 Job Duties & Responsibilities

§ Act as primary point of contact for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and support the work of the CEO, the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors, acting as an internal liaison between the CEO and senior management team/company employees/clients and managing information flow.

§ Liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts and be the first point of contact between the CEO and senior contacts across local and International Education, Care and Industry.

§ Manage all secretariat responsibilities on behalf of the CEO; manage diary and arrange schedules (set meetings, travel, speaking engagements).

§ Participate in various working groups across the organisation on behalf of the CEO for key areas of priority to the Senior Leadership Team.
